Online Debt Recovery

If you have more than 50-100 debts to collect then the Networked version of COLSYS is a more cost-effective option for you. You connect to the CCS central site by the Internet. You then have full use of all the facilities of COLSYS from the PCs and printers in your offices. The system is fully automated and saves a huge amount of time with processing and data entry - you simply enter the debt details and post all transactions directly to your COLSYS online debt recovery software package. Automated processes then produce letters, task lists, Court Forms and reports, which are printed at your offices. This provides access to all the powerful features of COLSYS but without the technical problems of supporting and maintaining such a system. We provide training, a help line during office hours and full technical support, including backups, amendments, updates etc. You pay a single monthly fee (calculated by the number of accounts on the system,) meaning that you get all the facilities of a fully developed online debt recovery package, but only pay for the use you make of it.

In-house Debt Recovery

If you wish to host your debt recovery software in-house, we can enable Colsys to run on your own Unix Server for an annual license fee (based on the number of users,) plus a maintenance fee to cover technical support and updates. The standalone solution is ideal if you have a long-term requirement for debt recovery, a developed IT infrastructure and support network, and a large number of accounts in need of collection.

Out-sourced Debt Recovery

If you only have a few debts to recover, COLWEB is probably the best solution for you. This is a subscription based service where you pay an annual registration fee which provides access to the members' area of the web site. This allows you to enter details of the debts you wish to collect and CCS then deals with them from our offices. All letters, telephone calls and the court process are issued by us through our debt recovery agency on your behalf, and we take a commission on the payments received. CCS operates a no-win no-fee policy on all pre-legal debts. If you want us to issue Court proceedings against one of your debtors, we will ask you to pay the necessary Court Fees, which are recoverable from the Judgment Debtor. You have the facility to view and amend debts and to post payments, increases, decreases and stop instructions. Any debt loaded by 2pm will be processed that day. And this is the easiest way to use the power of COLSYS without being involved in the recovery operation itself.
